Once a brief has been established we'll be happy to give a full and free quote for the building works and work with you to achieve the desired finish for your project.

C&S Design and Build are approved building contractors and we aim to bring a level of accountability to each project we undertake. We believe this makes a big difference during the later construction phases of the project.

Unlike many building firms we don't sub-contract and are always the principal contractors on each project - this means you can be sure of a commitment to build quality over and above building regulations and that all structural, insulation, gas or electrical works are fully certified for both safety and build quality.

As is required by law, completion certificates for your building project come with all the works we undertake.
