In 2006 the pipes behind our shower head came loose and water flooded through onto the kitchen below. Despite it being only a pipe behind a wall the damage to the kitchen below was quite considerable and our claims assessor recommended Gerry Collins at C&S design and build to carry out the building works for the insurance repairs ........
Mr J Leary - South Dublin Renovation and Insurance Building Works (2007)
In August 2007 I suffered a fire at a my property in South Co Dublin. The blaze was caused by a contractor working with a gas torch on the roof of the next building and caused considerable damage throughout the property and also to the adjoining property, both of which were built in 1869 and are listed period buildings.
Having got over the shock we then began the task of clearing up and repairing the considerable damage which was caused to both the exterior and interior of the building.
